First to Review - Peggy was our real estate agent when purchasing our first home (our current residence) and more currently as we purchase an investment property. In both cases Peggy has been incredibly responsive (answering emails, calls, or texts immediately). She has a complete understanding of the market and the home buying process, and she does a great job explaining it to novices such as ourselves. Unlike other real estate agents we had initially worked with, Peggy never pushed us into making a decision simply to make a sale. She has always simply provided her expertise while letting us reach our own decisions. Peggy also works quickly and professionally with all other parties (lenders, sellers, lawyers, etc.) involved in a sale.
We definitely plan on working with Peggy for any future real estate purchases, and we cannot recommend her enough.

I found Peggy through a mutual friend. We were looking for a place to move our growing business into. Let me start by saying that I am not the easiest to work with, as I am quite picky as to what I want, but hey, we're in America, right?
Peggy could not have been more accommodating. We went through well over a dozen property showings to find the right one. And within those were several issues with other realtors/sellers/banks. Peggy's knowledge of the entire process was an invaluable resource. She knew how to get the other side on the phone and what everything was worth. On top of that, she taught me what to expect.
Towards what we thought was the end of the process (here it comes), our bank pulled one of their famous stunts. Months (literally) wasted and I about through this laptop through the front window. Crisis mode, we need to be in this place NOW.
And that's when she turned up the heat. At this point, she knew EXACTLY what we were looking for, even better than we did. Inside of a week, she found the place we now reside. No fooling around, we negotiated terms, signed a lease and were moving in inside of a week. Phew! Saved. Whenever I had a question, she was there to answer. If somebody needed prodding, she would prod. Advice on how to negotiate? Peggy knew what to say and what we could get. I could continue on for quite some time, but it's Friday and you don't want to read any more of this anyway. What you want to know is if it is worth your time to give this person a call.
Let me put it this way. It's a waste of your time NOT to call her. Just pick up the phone and let her take care of it. You will not regret it.

Peggy is a dedicated, hardworking agent. She listens to your specifications and closely matches your requests when finding you a home. Peggy returned calls and emails quickly and was able to work around our tight schedule. We were able to look at many properties, even though we lived out-of-state at the time. She referred us to a great home inspector and real estate attorney, which was a big help since weren't familiar with the area. Having previously lived in the Palatine, she was also able to give us insight into the quality of school districts and proximity to major roads, stores, etc. In the end, she found us a great home in a wonderful neighborhood that fit our price range.
